Rosemarie Simpson

Rosemarie is a Senior Healthcare Workforce Development Consultant with over twenty years’ experience working within professional and vocational education and training for a range of organisations in the public, private and voluntary sectors.

With an emphasis on facilitating workforce development, planning and transformation, Rosemarie utilises her knowledge and experience in this area to support organisations to improve the quality and sustainability of health and care services through the development of new ways of working, the creation of new roles, enhancing the skills and increasing the flexibility of the workforce.  Recent clients include Health Education England, NHS and Spectrum Community Health CIC.
