Dani Yeomans

Dani is a certified Coach and Work Psychologist. She has partnered with professionals across sectors and roles, supporting other in their wellbeing, leadership development and career. Alongside her role, she is embarking on the professional practice in Occupational Psychology (MRes/PhD).

Dani has an academic and practical background in Occupational Psychology (MSc) with focus on career, leadership development, coaching and culture. She has roots in diversity, equity and inclusion and worked in multiple disadvantages for 5+ years, bringing experience across third sector organisations and the public sector, primarily in policing and healthcare in the NHS.

As a Leadership Coach Dani has coached 100+ emerging leaders from diverse backgrounds, focusing on wellbeing, impact, and culture change with those in the public sector. Dani’s coaching philosophy is built upon positive psychology and taking a holistic, systemic, and ‘clean’ coaching approach. Additionally, she is trained for Test User: Occupational Ability and Personality and the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator. Dani also delivers strategic coaching with neurodivergent individuals – to improve working experience and effectiveness.
