Rachel’s approach to coaching centres on the client’s own goals and desired outcomes. With these at the heart, Rachel supports individuals to explore their experience, helping them make sense of their own working patterns and relationships. Rachel sees coaching as a partnership and supports the client to take responsibility for his or her own development in a safe, positive setting.

Coaching can be a flexible offering. It may support the effective achievement of short term, actionable goals or be in a place over a longer period of time to support an individual as they live and work through an organisational change. In Rachel’s experience, taking the time initially to gain clarity around the purpose and expectations of coaching is very helpful in achieving a successful outcome. Ultimately, Rachel seeks to support high  performance and professional wellbeing in a way that is unique for the individual. Rachel is a qualified ski instructor and uses insights from coaching in sports to bring further richness to her approach.
