Simon Gott

Simon has extensive experience in the field of adult and organisational learning, leadership and development across the sectors and across the globe – in the UK, Europe, the Middle East and Asia. Leading his own Consultancy business, he enjoys Associate partnerships with Roffey Park, The Kings Fund, The NHS Leadership Academy and more.
Simon provides coaching, facilitation and development programmes for Executive teams, Senior leaders and developing managers in organisations including; NHS, UK Civil Service, Jaguar Land Rover, BAM, Sainsbury’s, OFCOM, Guide Dogs and many others across sectors such as Housing, Manufacturing, Research, Social Care, Renewable Energy, Financial Services and numerous Universities.
Simons’ primary Coaching relationships are with Senior Leaders across the NHS and social care settings where he has deep systemic and cultural insights along with a boundless enthusiasm for his clients’ cause. He cares deeply about helping and encouraging people to focus on what really matters to them so that they become happier and more effective at work and at home. His approach balances a serious focus on the work with a light touch, ensuring that the most important issues are never ducked. Sharing good humoured and honest observations on a human-to-human level Simon believes that strong, honest relationships form the foundations of effectiveness.
Simon has an MSc in Organisation Development & Consultancy and is a qualified Action Learning facilitator as well as being accredited in numerous individual and team focussed psychometric instruments. Simon has written articles for HR Grapevine & HR Director Magazine, has been interviewed by The Times and spoken at the UK CIPD conference, the European OD Network and European Organisational Design Conferences.
