Tamsin Willis-Stovold
Coaching Faculty
Tamsin qualified as a coach in 2019. As a HR professional, she’s has always been fascinated by people, circumstance and how we all share common challenges and can navigate them together.
Tamsin’s style has been described as quiet, kind but challenging; her coaching ethos and approach are based on a strong desire to help clients access all of the gifts they already hold and realise their goals. In recent years, Tamsin has specialised in working with leaders and created safe spaces for them to explore their challenges in partnership with her. She’s actively pursued her own development as a coach, including working outdoors, and she is currently training in the Positive Intelligence methodology. Tamsin’s coaching approach is one of active partnership.
Prior to starting her own HR consulting and coaching business, Tamsin was part of the HR leadership team at the University of Bath, and before that she worked in a fast-growing start up where she established and ran the HR team. Tamsin is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development and a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council. She is also trained in Myers-Briggs and Strengthscope.
