Jon Czul

With a successful history of supporting organisations to navigate large scale change and transformation projects, Jon has supported central government departments, national agencies and some of the largest third sector organisations from across the UK to address complex operational challenges through the delivery of strategic interventions. Through understanding the culture of an organisation, its service users and the broad impacts of policy, economics, Jon has designed and developed a range of strategic interventions to ensure outcomes are achieved for his clients.

Having joined the Workforce Development Trust in 2019, Jon now leads the Consultancy and Research Division overseeing a team of specialists who work across both the Health and Justice Sectors.

Prior to working at The Workforce Development Trust, Jonathon specialised in business change, digital transformation and thought leadership across the public sector.

Outside of work, Jon lives in Bath with his wife, son and cairn terrier Ivy.
