Jordan Wilks joins Skills for Health as new Client Manager

Jordan Wilks has joined Skills for Health as our new Client Manager with previous experience across multiple sectors; working in the armed forces and in People Management.  

After graduating from university with a History degree, Jordan served in the British Army for seven years with exemplary service. Jordan trained in intelligence, where he gained analytical and communication skills, which he used to present assessment reports to interpretate trends, patterns and anomalies to enable decision makers.  

Jordan is well versed in delivery having led organisational restructures and the introduction of new digitised systems. During his time as a Human Resource Advisor, he designed and co-ordinated the restructuring of people management department to facilitate with the introduction of a new people management digital system. This led to Jordan to move into the role of Information Manager where he fostered evidence and data-driven approaches to projects and proactively built relationships with stakeholders to enhance organisation effectiveness.  

An associate member of the CIPD and a Change Management Practitioner, Jordan is proud to have worked with all three armed services, the Civil Service, and he continues to be a British Army Reservist.

Jordan joins Skills for Health, part of The Workforce Development Trust group, also incorporating Skills for Justice, SFJ Awards and People 1st International. Here he will be working together with clients across the healthcare sector, understanding their needs and challenges.
