Skills for Health has appointed a former Head of People Development at Wiltshire Police, Jonathan Freegard, as Principal Consultant.
Specialising in workforce planning and development, Jonathan will play a leading role in advising clients across the health and justice sectors.
Following a stellar 13-year career incorporating a variety of leadership roles at Wiltshire Police, in his most recent role Jonathan led on strategic workforce planning (SWP) strategy and delivery at Network Rail.
CIPD-qualified Jonathan’s broad base of expertise across vital public services makes him a perfect fit for Skills for Health, says Jon Czul, who heads up the not-for-profit’s growing Consultancy and Research Division.
“Jonathan brings a wealth of knowledge in the fields of workforce planning and development, having played a central role in devising the workforce strategies of large public service organisations for much of the last decade.
“He joins a growing team of workforce specialists, who are making a real impact to staffing and the delivery of vital public services, and we are delighted to have him on board.”
