Our digital solutions eRostering team are thrilled to be finalists in this year’s Health Tech Newspaper’s (HTN) Health Tech Awards, for our new fully enhanced and integrated Custom Rostering System (CRS) aimed at helping NHS Workforce Managers deliver time-saving rotas across the sector.
The annual HTN Awards provide an important platform for celebrating innovations, teams and health tech suppliers that have made a difference throughout the year and sharing new ways of working that can help shape future services and systems across our NHS, health and care sectors.
As one of nine finalists in the ‘Most Promising Pilot’ category, our CRS early adoption scheme, currently being undertaken ahead of its wider release next month, has been shortlisted for demonstrating how the bespoke software meets the evolving and changing contractual needs for all staff rostering, which were proven to be so critical as the pandemic began.
Vitally gaining feedback from NHS rota users and managers who have lived through a year of complex crisis management, the pilot confirms CRS can provide the flexible improvements needed to manage hundreds of specialist NHS services. Enabling trusts, departments and teams to deliver efficient and effective rosters and workforce management, CRS allows staff to have more time to focus on patient care.
Developed as a tool for culture change and designed to transform workforce planning roles from data entry to data intelligence, the interface allows more people to be involved in making informed decisions and directly reduces computer-based planning and administrative work. Additionally, Rostering Managers and Workforce Directors can review staffing at a trust-wide level, identifying early signs of burnout, departments “running hot” or with high staff absence, and crucially address this.
Want to find out more about CRS?
Officially launching on October 19, 2021, we are offering our existing rostering customers the unique opportunity to get a sneak peak of the new system already, with any existing customer transitions to CRS prioritised and fully supported by the Skills for Health Implementation Team.
