“Policing has given me years of experience in managing problems and developing solutions. This spurred my desire and enthusiasm to drive improvements and support organisations in establishing the best resource they can in their workforce, and develop working models that are fit for purpose now and in the future.

“My public services experience, ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships and desire to provide the best outcomes to the public are all personal drivers. This naturally attracted me to Skills for Health as an organisation. I was also impressed with the organisational values adopted and the direction and standards they set.

“I consider it a privilege to continue to serve the public in supporting and guiding organisations to better understand and deliver effective workforce planning.”
